December News

Hi all, as you may have noticed there has been multiple episodes per week coming out over the last couple of months. This was a result of a little over ambition on my part and it had some consequences on my home life. As a result, December will not have any new interviews or new live shows. I have one more interview that I did recently to put together and will release it next week. The most recent Shift To Reason Radio segment and this new episode will be the only paid posts for December. I will try to produce a couple of the unpublished interviews from my series on social justice and put those out for an episode each week during the month of December. That project is still underway but has fallen to the wayside as other stuff has needed to be put out.

In January we will be doing one live show per month. As usual, patrons will receive the full version of that without ads but with the music included. I plan to do one or two interviews each month on my own and each segment of the live show will be produced as a weekly episode. Much like they are divided up now but spread out over the month. As before I will mark the first episode of each week as a paid post so there will be roughly 4 or 5 paid posts per month. If our patron numbers stay consistent this will cover the studio for the live show and some of our hosting and website fees, as well as our SOCAN music license.

I'd like to make this work so that the show is self sustaining as my job is less stable than it has been in the past. I'd also like to spend some of the extra time this will give me working on the long form docu-podcast from the social justice series, my monthly show Blue Collar Philosophers, and I'd like to spend some time turning different segments into videos.

I will try to keep you all updated as to how the show is going and I will continue to try putting out good quality, meaningful content.

Thanks for your support and thank you for sharing the show and listening.

Cory
